2. VIDEO FORMAT
All AEI DVDs are in NTSC format. Please see International Information for more information for non-United States destinations

3. RETURNS
All of our merchandise is 100% guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects. If you receive a defective product directly from an AEI site, simply follow the instructions provided in the shipping materials or within 30 days of purchase, send an email to our support department, describing the nature of the defect and request a RMA number. Upon receipt of the defective product , we will promptly replace it with the same title and reimburse your shipping charges. Although we are confident in our product selection, that we only sell the very best in adult gay erotica and that you are going to enjoy your purchase, we do not exchange or refund non-defective products. All sales are final. ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Please be very careful before ordering. Prior to our mailing any order out, any cancellation will result in a $10.00 "cancellation" fee which covers the cost of the bank and credit card charges. 4. SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Unless you indicate otherwise, all orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX. All shipments to HI, AK, PR must be via first-class mail. You can request Fed-Ex service for overnight shipments. Shipping charges are based on weight, size and destination and are specified at checkout. Please specify your shipping preferences at checkout. In some US locations please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your merchandise, although we make every effort to fill orders within 24 hours of receipt. An adult signature is required for delivery of our products. Doing so helps us ensure our products are delivered to adults only. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this important matter. Orders shipped via FedEx must be received by 3:00 P.M. EST for same day processing and shipment. 2. Orders received after 3:00 P.M. EST will be shipped the following business day. FedEx charges shown at check-out do not include Saturday or holiday delivery.
